- Builders must have certified a project with Build Green NM at any level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald)
- Remodelers must have specific Green Building Education or have a "Gut Rehab" project that has been certified. (Build Green NM is just starting certifications for the remodeling industry)
- Must belong to a professional organization that offers continuing education regarding aspects of sustainable construction on a regular basis. (USGBC or a HBA Qualify)
